Kiwanis Skate Park

I was actually at the XpressMart across the street from the park at approximately 7 o'clock. I noticed alot of what I assume were homeless people, congregating in different areas of the park. There was alot of debris scattered in the areas I was able to scan visually. I have zero knowledge of Kiwanis park during daylight hours. With that said, should the same type of conditions exist, I would definitely refrain from visiting the park, especially with children p
