We hired CertaPro in Yakima based on their feedback on google reviews. We found them to be very prompt, kind and professional. They did a pretty good job too. There was a little confusion in that they didn't complete a part of the job that we hired them to do but with just a few phone calls that was cleared up and they made sure to take good care of us and completed the job to our satisfaction. We felt safe leaving our home in their care and would hire them again. We highly recommend them.
Painters were wonderful. They listened to my comments , took time to clarify points and answer questions. My house and garage look wonderful. I am getting lots of comments on professional work and how fast it was completed.
Couldn’t be more pleased with service from CertaPro in Yakima. The crew was professional and very respectful of other work that needed to continue in the home while completing the painting project. Interior lines (ceiling/baseboard/chair rail) are impeccable. Being a project manager, it met all basic project management guidelines: project delivered within agreed scope, project delivered on time and within budget! From the quote, choosing a difficult palette, to the post project cleanup- so easy peasy! Highly recommended...
