As funny as this might sound. The pizza is only good when its barely fresh after 10-20 it taste weird even if you try to cook it ..
I called in my order and the guy said it would be 15minutes. When I picked up my pizza there were two employees up at the front and only one person in front of me. No one else waiting. I told the girl my name and that I had called in my order. She rang me up and told me it would be a few minutes. While waiting 5 people who came in after I did walked out with 4 to 6 pizzas each and I was still waiting for my two pizzas. I walked up and asked if my order was ready yet. It was on the top on the left side of the heaters, just sitting there the whole time I was waiting. They never checked when I first walked in. I waited 20minutes for nothing. This is not the first time I've had to wait for an order I called in. I always leave my house at the time they say it should be ready just to give them a little extra time. My family likes the pizza but the service lacks.
First time customer, ordered online 25 minutes prior to pickup. They didn't have the order ready when I got there. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my pizza. Not really impressed with the service on my first visit. Although I can see why they are busy all the time. The pizza was delicious.
