These guys are really straight forward and honest. Melissa let me know what my options were and Dustin came out as quick as he could. He came out to my car and had me taken care of in less than 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

Had a change in routine this morning and accidentally locked myself and my kiddo out of our house. Called at 8:17 am and was told I'd have someone out to my home in 45 minutes. Was able to go do what I needed to get done and made it back in time to meet their guy (didnt catch his name). He arrived on time and was very nice, my door apparently wasnt very easy to unlock but he got the job done and was able to get my daughter back in quick enough for her google meet. Definitely saved the day! Thank you Yakima Lock & Safe.

Dustin was outstanding! He arrived at my location and didn’t waste anytime and in no time my ignition key won’t turn problems on my Honda Civic were resolved. Very professional! I definitely saved money by calling you rather than taking my car to an expensive car dealer. Super happy to know there is a far less expensive option to fix ignition key won’t turn problems.
