Bill was cordial and professional. He was on time, worked quickly, and explain, in detail, how I could balance saving money with the life expectancy of the parts. I chose to get one new mechanism to extend the life and he had it diagnosed, parts gathered, installed, and gone in about 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.
