I had bought a safe that I couldn't get to open and they were very helpful by actually taking the time to walk me through what to do step by step over the phone. I have used them before for locksmith needs and I have always been happy with their service. 5 stars for sure.

Very friendly and helpful. I lost my key to my safe. They opened it for me so I could get the serial number to order a new sent to me to me.
