Double Down Crossfit

I have been going to Double Down for several years and it is by far the most positive environment. I end my day away from home here and go home happy. After a major knee surgery last year the amazing coaching staff has been helping me through the process of returning to my best.nnLast month my 12 year old son started going. He plays club soccer and was looking to gain strength off the field. He loves it! Every time he leaves he tells me how awesome that place it. The coaches and members have been so encouraging, helpful, and kind.

If you are looking for a place to meet some awesome, caring and supportive people this is the place. Also working out with them is a plus. There is no judgement and everyone is working on different athletic levels. This place will become a second family. I encourage anyone to check it out and I promise you wont be disappointed. Lastly the coaches are hilarious and make the workouts so much fun and enjoyable!!!

The best CrossFit gym in Yakima. If you want professional coaches that can teach you what you need to know and still laugh and feel comfortable the entire time this is the place to go. It’s a family here. I never feel self conscious here, only supported and encouraged to do more. So glad I made the move and left my old gym to come here!

My brother owns Double Down Crossfit. Now, with that said, you are probably thinking that I have automatically just been going to it because of that. Contrary, I have not. I have always known how great of a community it was but just have been 'too busy'. 8 weeks ago I decided to make time.
