Shelley performed our 6 months winter maintenances last week. She is a excellent technician! She wore covers for her shoes and wore a mask which we appreciated. She was very thorough and informed me each step of the way through the maintenance procedures what she was doing. At the end, she sanitized everything and left the working area clean. She then discussed with me all her findings. We are most pleased with all the technicians who have come to our home. They are polite, responsible, prompt, and efficient. We are called ahead, giving us a heads up as to when they will arrive. The office personnel are pleasant, friendly, and make a responsible effort to schedule us for maintenance in a timely manner. Campbell and Company has our highest praise, and we appreciate them greatly.

Service was excellent! Techs knew exactly what they were doing and diagnosed my issue within about 25 min & in an hour total had my AC unit working again. During this pandemic they wore masks and sanitized everything they came in contact within a timely fashion. Which is important because we have 3 immune compromised people in our home. They kept social distancing and we had a ladder ready for them to get into the attic so they didn’t have to touch much. Also made their time here quick and easy. Service and professionalism was top notch. Parts a little spendy, but emergency service cost wasn’t too bad so it really made up for it. Very polite and knowledgeable! I had diagnosed the system myself and didn’t want to wait to order the part & they had it in their truck! Saved me a lot of time in the 100 degree weather! The plus side was they checked multiple things and gave me a heads up on things I did not diagnose and will prevent further issues! We will schedule this in the fall and get setup on a maintenance plan which is actually very affordable and worth the price! Definitely going to deal with them from now on over everyone else I called because of the techs who I dealt with! I really hope I get them in the future and if not, I’m confident their other techs are great too from how they were while at my home!

I needed to replace my entire hvac system, update electrical panel and seal ducts. John was so helpful and knowledgeable plus patient helping me decide on the new system. The project manager was extremely informative and explained everything so well. All of the technicians were so professional and polite. Their workmanship couldn't have been better. The customer service your company provided was the best. The technicians never complained once about working under my house replacing cross over ducts. Not a pleasant place to work and a very hot day. I could not be more pleased with everyone I have come in contact with. I have peace of mind and comfort too. Thank you so much and thank you to all of the technicians-men and woman- I came in contact with.

The company was very professional and easy to deal with. The receptionist that I called at first was personable and very helpful and scheduled a technician to come out. The technician Kelly arrived wearing booties and a mask. She knew what she was doing and repaired our air conditioning system in A timely fashion. She was very personable and informative about what she was doing. She was upfront about pricing and finished the repair efficiently. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend Kelly the technician. We called the company on a Thursday evening and they arrived Friday morning. Very good service.

Words can’t express the gratitude we have for Erik, John, Nate, Nick, Angel, Jake, Aaron and Louis were top notch. Kind, respectful, tidy and timely. They answered all my questions without hesitation. Our entire home already feels safer and cleaner than ever before. I would highly recommend Campbell & Co. (this team I’m particular) to anyone.
