This is my favorite location. Super clean and the best staff! I wanted to thank the pm staff on 11/13/2020 for regulating masks in the facility. These 3 staff members kept me safe as I had surgery on my ankle. The most professional and friendly staff I've seen at this location. They deserve to be recognized and deserve a raise for the stupid, selfish and inconsiderate customers they have to put up with. Thank you team!

They were doing inventory at 630-7pm!! They had to redo the system and failed to inform us before we had our sandwiches made. Due to that we had to stand in line with our food sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes before we decided to do the math ourselves and just pay with cash. The girl at register doing inventory/reboot (assuming manager) wouldn't even help.The manager (again assuming) only said sorry its not my fault. Had an attitude while standing there and being rude to customers. They had 4 people in line and sandwiches made BEFORE telling us about the reboot. Very unprofessional!

Good speed on mobile orders. I'm impressed how quick and accurate my orders are. Usually only 1-2 people in store at the time I go (3-5pm) but the front person is great at multitasking! The girl I usually see is making like 5 sandwiches at once. Wish I knew her name! Very clean inside and good service overall.
