Walgreens

Came in on 19 Oct for flu shot based on answering service indicating there was no appt needed. Told all slots filled, so made appt for today 20 Oct. 12:50pm. Arrived 12:40 told there are 5 people ahead of me and wait was 30 mins. How long does it take to give a flu shot? Useless and slow.

Love it. I work here. Anyways, best Walgreens in town. Amazing management. Haven't met the new boss tho. ud83eudd2dud83eudd2d

I came here last week to pick up some things for my grandma. I get to the counter and the cashier says very rudely that I can only get 2 of each items (I only had about 3 things that were 2 of each) not only very rudely but also very loud that people were looking at me and watching me as she had me pick out and put half of my stuff back, which I had no idea why? I didn't have more than 2 items of what I had to put back they were 1 of each. While I had to put things back 6 other customers that came and went were NOT told the same as me or got the same treatment as I had gotten. I didn't get her name but she's an older lady with brunette hair and complains way too much about her job. I will be going to the other Walgreens for now on, they have better customer service than this one.

Literally waited outside in the drive through for my mother’s medication. Waited for around 20 mins and the line had NOT moved an inch. I then went inside to see if it would be any better since I’m on my lunch for work and only get an hour. NOPE. it’s even worse! One person is helping the drive through and people inside, and then the other person not knowing how to answer this lady’s questions about her medication, so she’s running all over the place trying to find the answer! So I go back outside hoping the line would’ve moved, and it hasn’t moved at all! The same lady was still in the front of the line holding people up!!! It was a JOKE. So basically I wasted an hour of my time for nothing. The place is BEYOND unorganized. I hope my mom finds a different pharmacy, because this was atrocious!

This place is absolutely a joke. There is consistently one person waiting in the drive through people, plus helping the counter people. I am currently sitting here in the drive through, I’ve been here for 15 minutes with no one greeting me or even saying I’ll be right with you. It’s like this every time. I’m so fed up I’m going to look for a new pharmacy this weekend. You would think with a big chain like this they would have more people to help. Absolutely ridiculous
