I tried to make a return and they told me I would have to wait a month until the owner came back from her vacation because shes the only one qualified to do returns. I came back the day I was told she would be back in the store and all of a sudden there is a new sign on the door that says no returns! I had gone to the store multiple times and that sign had never been there until the day I went to return my item with the owner. I spoke with the owner and she told me about the sign. I told her that sign went up after I talked to employees about making a return and she did not give me my money back! Horrible customer service, never coming here again! I was completely ripped off.
Best store order a dress for my wife came in 2 weeks and cleannnnnnn
Went to order my bridesmaids dresses was told they where orered only have 2, not even 2 weeks after they told me they where ordered and was given a delivery date they call me and tell me oh sorry that was discontinued we have a similar one in lavender. The ones I order where plum. So not even close. When we went to go get our deposits back they tried to argue saying sorry there was a miscomunication its a plum dress but a different style and about 2X as much and was fighting on the deposit.nnI would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Stay away from here rude people and unorganized. Very unhappy with the servece I recived.
Very unprofessional place,people are rude,n workers are dense, I ordered 2-dresses here,for a little over $700.for my both my daughter's communion, and I made sure everything was written down correctly, on the day of the communion we picked up dresses and we were given wrong ones..they didn't even fit my girls,when I called to let them know they wouldn't open door or answer phone..DO NOT GO HERE ..
