Horrible, I will never shop there again, thank god for federated auto parts, all because of a $4.32 purchase, these jokers are worthless. lets see how you would feel if your family was treated this way.
Stopped by to today since they did not have the correct closing hours online and missed them at 8:00pm yesterday (online 9:00pm closing time). Today I had to wait due to phones and a manager walked by to work on something and could help with phone or the only person in line. Just so you know AutoZone is next door. I'm in front of you trying to give you my money.
I've been in this store twice and each time I get the counter person looking at my like deer in the headlights. And I heard them tell one guy they don't come out and look at anything on your vehicle. Then take the down the signs that say you do. And experts I think I saw that on a sign too...umm don't think so. I had easy things I needed. So that forced me to go back to auto zone which I haven't had any better luck there until your store moved in next door and I think they stepped up their game. People you hire need to be able to do the job they are in there too do not just to fill a shift. This is a customer driven business.
