Doug Betterall and his staff are top notch! I recently bought my fourth car with Betterall and was given nothing but the best service. I will not purchase a car with anyone else. Doug will search the end of the earth for a vehicle for you. He prides himself on creating a customer experience not a commission.

I Hate that place. They sell you a vehicle and they try to make you sign as fast as they can. And if you buy something there make sure you get it in riding because they never come through with what they say they are going to do for you. I would never go there again.

I bought a pickup the 6months ago and also bought the extended warranty for an additional $3000 plus after listening to how it will cover everything for the next 60,000 miles mechanically. I take it in to a local shop to see why the check engine light is on and the warranty people deny the claim because there is a 2inch lift on the front. How does that effect the turbo and actuator? I call to get no help from them.
