Great service blow a water hose on I82 called Valley Ford service and parts department they immediately helped us texting a picture of the hose to make sure that it was the right one, we had our truck towed to them left our fifth wheel on the interstate and less than 2hrs even though they were busy they had us back on the road. Thanks Valley Ford Awesome

We bought a car from here and about a month later we went in to pick up license plates. As soon as we walked in the door all of the staff seemed to have an attitude with us. We were asking questions which they refused to answer and called me “irate” for asking them. We felt very disrespected and uncomfortable. Worst service experience I have ever had.
