Personally, I would suggest bringing your car anywhere else before you resort to taking it here. They charged me $600 for a part/labor that did not need to be replaced and it “conveniently” did not fix the problem. They then tried to charge me an additional $400 for another part/labor that didn’t need to be replaced. Rather than continue to let them just take my money I took my car to Yakima Automotive. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car here. They are locally owned, honest, and look out for your best interest rather than simply a way to make money. They fixed the problem promptly and replaced the expansion valve (Honda wanted me to pay $400) and did not charge me. They noticed it did not need to be replaced but decided to anyways just to be safe. I think you should be able to trust the people working on your car and Honda did not come close to meeting my expectations. I do not plan on ever bring my car back.

I Purchased a Honda Passport from Harvest and had excellent service all the way through the process....from Sean Averill the sales associate to Alex and Sergio at the desk and a special shout out to Michael Johansing in the Service depart who went the extra mile to make my service experience exceptional. Keep up the good work all. Oh, special thanks to the guys at the parts counter for assisting me with accessories.

I recently purchased my first Honda. It was a great experience beginning with communicating via text/ email with Abdi and finishing with a visit to the dealership to sign paperwork. From start to finish, the entire experience was positive. I would certainly recommend Harvest Honda to anyone interested in buying a car. Great customer service and a great vehicle!

Honda service advisor, Margarito E. went above and beyond in customer service and business professionalism and mentioned what specific services was required to create vehicle longevity and following up with the Honda maintenance schedule for a longer lasting engine performance. Honda OEM are highly recommended to keep the generations of Honda Civics in performance functionality and the revolutionary speed! Definitely use them again for future repairs!

Mike was very helpful over at Honda service. He was friendly and informative about the entire process. Called me when they were finished (in little time) and took the seat cover/floor paper out of the car before I got there. Very good experience. Thank you Mike!
