I got my daughters first car from Sundance. I had such a wonderful experience working with them and their customer service is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone. The best carlot in Yakima to buy a car hands down. Cleanest and Best used vehicles. Go and actually look at a car on their lot, then the one next to it- They do not sell pieces of junk. I recommend my family and friends and anyone to go see Joel or Bobby.
As a family, collectively purchasing 3 vehicles from Sundance was an easy choice. I’ve never encountered people that are incredibly honest and kind. The Elder family are the greatest people and have become close friends of mine. I have bought at least 10 cars from them over the years and not once have I had bad luck or a major issue with anything Ive ever bought at Sundance. Joel Elder is the most honest and fair person and business man i know. I know personally know how the run their business and what kind of cars they sell. They have the nicest used vehicles of any dealership in town- go see for yourself. I support local business and I like doing business with mom and pop type places because I get Better service, Real Peopleto deal with, and a better product. Now Joel's son Bobby is running Sundance and he runs things the same way as Joel he has the same mentality and attributes his dad does. Bobby is a wheeler dealer but he is a very genuine young man and upfront, truthful, and very easy to deal with. Buying a car from Joel or Bobby is just so easy and smooth, Ill never buy a vehicle from anyone or anywhere else. Go talk to Bobby before you shop anywhere else and you will see what I mean.
