Went in for scheduled oil change at 1pm. Brake pads were found to be at 3 mm. They did service on front and back brakes and provided me a loaner car. They were done right at the 5pm closing time. Good job, Alfredo. Thanks Stewart Subaru.

I emailed the dealership regarding my interest in purchasing a new subaru.They responded promptly with a phone call and set a time to meet with me. Matt explained the different styles and features. I test drove a Forester and Outback and bought the Forester. Very easy process.
Took my new car there to have oil service done. Was very specific on my needs and what needed to be. Was told 45 minutes to have service done, there was a billing issue from the dealer I bought the car so that took a little longer. But time far pulled in and done was 1:47 minutes (set a timer). I told them I needed my coolant filled and the service advisor gave me a BS reason why couldn’t fill it all the way, half a quart over filled of oil and the kid who pulled my car around no seat mats, floor mats. Nothing! So I spent my night cleaning oil of my 2018 WRX. I talked to the manager but nothing was ever compensated just a (I will talk to them) from I person who has been in automotive industry for 15 years this in un-acceptable. I can’t even imagine what they do to people who know nothing about there vehicles. Poor service all around from the service department
