The staff was so friendly, chatty, and overall wonderful! I was offered either a loaner car or shuttle ride for the day for convenience! Other places I've been made me fend for myself and I always left generally displeased with my time there. The waiting area was really nice with soft couches, TV, up-to-date magazines, and coffee. Lastly, they had an office set up with a computer, printer, etc. available for use - so you really could just spend your work day there while your car is in the shop.nnI'm movin' in! ;)

I wanted to highlight Raph Butler. He has been helping me the last few days on an out of town purchase. He's been up front, easy to deal with and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend you deal with him on your next purchase.

The bad news? Simple mistake on our Lincoln caused us to get stuck in Astoria,OR. The great news? After telling the service writer what happened, they covered the cost of the repair, hotel, and taxi under warranty without any argument. Five stars for customer service.
