Was great !! Very comfortable. Awesome, AWESOME customer service. That is always the best part for me personally.
The service was slow and baristsa couldn't understand my order. She got my order wrong and failed to charge me correctly. The coffee wasn't even a good despite getting a pour over. I left frustrated and would recommend going to another Starbucks in Yakima.
Have great products like all Starbucks companies offer. The drinks are a hit or miss for me. I pretty much stick to the pumkin cream cold brew.I am not a coffie fanatic but have tried many types of coffies from here and it's never consistent most of the time it's younger kids that make them and they can be really rude so I dont tip. It had been so busy I just leave. I do go to thos one often because its location in Safeway but I rather drive further to go to the one by the bridge.
