I would not recommend going in this place. I was shocked at the snobby and rude way I was treated. I will not step foot back in there. I will go to the tri cities for my long arm.nTo the owners reply : you are still rude in your response and I do not expect you to drop what your doing I'm an adult who would gladly wait my turn. In fact the one other customer that was in there was looking at some fabric as we came in. And joked with my husband and I . You were standing behind the counter doing nothing. I only asked a few questions and got a snotty response. You absolutely were rude. I wasn't sure if my friend got paid for helping you out. But, I guess she does it for free as she is a kind person.
Always friendly and helpful. Will go the extra mile to help you find what you need.
