Employees were great. Gave excellent customer service, loved the fries very fresh we had to go back a order another order of fries. Thank you guys.
Orders are missing items on 100% of visits and instead of calmly and politely fixing mistakes, employees blame customers and become rude. Today an employee didn't even know her own menu and became confrontational when we asked for the fries that came with the meal. This is very annoying as it happens every visit now. This is our closest McD's but we will be making a switch. Thank you to the employees who were kind and professional.
I was there the other day and my visit was amazing! The women working the pay window was super nice and polite, her name I think was Geniva. Also, a gentleman named Sergio was leaving and let me know the dining room was closed but the drive through and the app was available. He looked tired but he was very positive! Definitely recommend this location because they always get my order correct and make me feel welcomed!
They have the best crew...always helpful usually fast but during high volume times a short wait...
Its convenient for our son. He loves his 10pc nugget meal or quarter pounder with cheese meal.
