Gesa Credit Union

Gesa has been great! I had them for a car loan in the past and will be using them again in the future. Great customer service. Not only at the Yakima branch off 40th but also the branch in Lynnwood answered all my questions and made the process fast and easy!

The first Employee had a different employee come and help me in the drive through because she couldn’t do it I guess and when the new employee came to help me. I watched the first employee put a finger gun up to her head pretending to shoot her self. I honestly can’t even believe she did that on camera.

Love Gesa. But the ATM is in the most inconvenient spot. Can't get to to it if someone is at the drive up window.

These folks have helped me out of every jam I have gotten into. I come in as rare as I can, normally I have a problem and they are ready to help each time. They provide coffee and tea, which goes quite a ways in my book. I have worked with Kevin or Keith? Cant remember but he wasted no time in sitting with me and fixing my issues with my account or lost card or disputed charges . Helpful, courteous, and professional. I have held an account there for 3 years with no regret. You and your money are looked after here.

1st time getting an auto loan through GESA and it's definitely the last! I've had nothing but problems paying my first two payments.
