KeyBank

Was here on Friday August, 2, 2019. Have banked with KeyBank for many years and never been treated rudely, but this particular day I was. I went in about 3:30 PM to deposit a few checks and was talked to rudely by a younger Hispanic girl with glasses. The other two older ladies working this particular day seemed very polite and had lively personalities. I really wished I would’ve dealt with them, instead of being treated treated rudely by this young lady. Bad experience from a rude employee. She did not greet me, say hello, or thank you, & when I did ask a question, set kept saying “what’s that” in disrespectful tone. When I left I told the nice older lady working that really wish I would’ve waited for her because she seemed so much nicer.

NEVER I repeat NEVER go to this bank on a Saturday! They only have 2 tellers and you will be waiting for an hr in line! KeyBank you really need to open up more locations on Saturday’s or you will be losing business!

The most incredible experience! I grew old. Died. Got reincarnated, went threw a whole nother lifetime, then died again in line.... The worst time in a bank I have ever had... Just to cash a freaking check....
