Shipping office ladies are very nice and helpful but company don't have basic facilities
Our driver checked-in at 12pm in the noon and some lady there said to come back at 9pm for his appointment and our driver didn't know that it closed at 6pm so why in the world she say to come back at 9pm if she knew it would be closed by then!!!!!!nI had another load to be picking up next morning yet it has been canceled!!!!nBe careful when they close since their own employees don't know when they are closed!!!nI am not sure how they even have 4 stars?!?!?!?!? I would give a zero like their name if I could!!!

Loaded here the night before thanksgiving. Staff were all friendly and loading was quick. Pretty good for a cold storage facility.
The worst place I've ever been loaded for 35 years driving!!
