This place, while having helpful staff, are ill equipped to deal with serious bullying which was a major contributing factor in my daughter’s second suicide attempt. Their “mental health counsellors are pathetically very poor in their duties. They promise to come help a kid who has two suicide attempts, a “mother” who physically and psychologically abused her, which I was not aware of due to my job keeping me on the road for up to 3-4 weeks at a time. Is that part the school’s fault? Nope. The entire blame for the incompetence is directly on the shoulders of Palouse River Counseling. I encourage you; implore you stay away from them! They have no business in the mental health profession and should be investigated and shut down immediately. They are dangerous to the mental health of not just kids but adults as well. That is just my personal option, as are my statements about the La Crosse, WA school district.nKeep you kids safe and someplace where they won’t be severely bullied and let with lies about being able to get help she desperately needs. I am on a Social Security Disability pension, so I can’t afford to get her to someplace else that is competent.n~peace
