I wasn’t sure what to expect when I planned on attending this facility, knowing the pandemic is occurring and assuming the staff would be young. Let me tell you, I was very impressed. They reminded guests to wear masks at the door, me and my families temperatures were taken immediately, and even though it was somewhat busy up at the desk area, they made the process smooth. I will definitely be attending again!nBoth managers I saw there at the time (don’t remember their names, but a blond woman and dark hair guy) were very nice when I asked questions too!
Urban Air is hands down our favorite family spot!! Our 3 young girls absolutely LOVE every attraction and can play for hours at a time! The staff does an awesome job keeping the play areas clean and properly sanitized. We also visited soon after the location reopened and it’s great to see they have continued all the necessary precautions. The team at the Royersford location makes it an even better experience especially Julia! She always has a smile and ask how we are doing. I can’t say enough great things about this place!! I’d highly recommend checking them out.
This place is great! We bought a membership for the kids at the beginning of the year and have been going every week ~2-3 times (except during the COVID shut down). The staff have been friendly when checking in and diligent about temperature taking. I appreciate the number of different places for adults to hang out while the kids play...getting some good reading time in!
I had an amazing experience there, the staff team was very friendly and they had a lot of activities for me and my friends. Bathrooms and overall cleanliness was very good. I highly recommend this park to anyone that wants to have a good time.
I did enjoy this place and will definitely recommend because this place is not only a trampoline park but also has other enjoyable activities such as a ride that you fly in the air but I did not do it my friend did though and said it was fun. Also when I went to the cafe I had a pleasant conversation with Hailey a staff member and she told me about all the activities we can do here which was nice. So in all I like it and would take my friends here in the future.
