The Red Brick Cafe and Bakery

Randomly stopped in because there are no restaurants from Spokane to Pullman. I did not expect this tiny little town to have a restaurant that serves an amazing Pozole' some of the best I've ever had. And the service here was outstanding! I highly recommend this place. I will try to make it a regular stop for me moving forward.

Friendly service and great food. I even got a choice of a free cinnamon roll or giant cookie because it was my first time there. So I'm tempted to put on a disguise, go back, and pretend I'm a new customer. :)

The food was pretty good, they have always had decent food, but the wait staff is a whole other story, hell you can't get worse waitresses. They don't even know the menu, and the table was dirty, no napkins no utensils, no personality and kinda rude

Loved the biscuits and gravy. Super nice staff!!

Great coffee drinks and tasty treats made by the proprietors. Served with smiles.
