The worst experience ever in storing !nVery poor communication they don’t answer phone calls unless you call them more than 20 times!nThe employee “she”was very rude and very racist I was scammed when I wanted to get the refund for my deposit!nNot recommended at all!
Previous posts have mentioned the poor customer service but the lady I spoke with today was excellent. She gave me a breakdown of all the rates, fees, and options associated with what I was looking for in a storage unit. The only down side is they do not take reservations so for me, at least, this will be more of a last-minute option before heading out for the summer. Decent prices though and again, a great call.
The staff are absolutely rude. Tried to put stuff into storage without knowing it closed since they don't have a gate and they told us to get out and that we should know the hours, but we didn't sign the lease my roommate did. If they would have been nicer about it I would rate differently. But unless you really need a place to store your stuff fast, find somewhere else.
Absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. It has taken months to contact the office, and it seems like they have their own convenient hours. If you don't have a huge truck, good luck getting to your storage unit during the winter, because I have never once seen the facility shoveled.
Worst customer service ever! The owners of this place definitely don't know how to hire decent employees. When I first started renting here there was a male employee who let the voicemail box get so full you couldnt leave a voicemail, never answered the phone, and would deposit checks months late. And that's if he deposited the money, usually he would try to say you didn't pay. Now there's new employees and their just as bad. I'm being consistently send late fee bills from them stating that I did not pay two months of rent. The first month they said I didn't pay I've already gone in and shown proof that I did, and now their trying to bill me for the month after I moved my stuff out of the unit. Horrible employees and owners. Do not use this storage facility!
