My first experience with Aletha was awesome. Love the darkened room, hot oil and she seems to know the body very well. I feel like I benefited greatly from the stretching, which is more stretching than I have had before during a massage. I feel that being regular with her will improve my flexibility and overall well being.
Thai massage was an amazing experience that was interactive and deeply relaxing. The environment was beautiful and peaceful. The combination of stretching with massage was very enjoyable. I left feeling energized and relaxed. I definitely will go again, and highly recommend.
Flex and flow class is great you hold the position longer for a good workout. The room is slightly warmer allowing a better stretch. If you forget your gear spare mats, blocks and blankets there for use. Instructor is easy to understand and get along with. Class is well worth the money.
Thai massage is the cherry on top of the excellent services provided by Yogatopia. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Wonderful instructor. I have taken many other yoga classes and she is definitely the best. Great flows and incorporation of many options to best meet everyone's needs. Also gives great massages. I have had both the swedish and the thai and both are amazing.
