I visited the pharmacy today for a flu shot. The young lady working the cash register was unfriendly & disengaged. While I was waiting for my flu shot I observed a women around the age of 80 come in to pick up her PX. She had her adult daughter with her. The elderly lady was asked to wait for her PX. The daughter asked how far ahead her mother should call to fill her PX & the pharmacist told her 5 days. Then the Pharmacist informed the elderly lady her PX would be $472 today. The lady was shocked & said it is normally $47. The daughter asked the pharmacist why it was so much & there must be a error. The Pharmacist replies she must have a deductible. The elderly lady left without her PX & said she would have to call the doctor about the medicine. The daughter returned & tries to gather a little more information on whether her mom has a supplement to the part D on file since she always fills her PX at Rite Aid. The pharmacist wasn’t very helpful. After the adult daughter left, the pharmacist said to her co-workers, “they should teach insurance in high school”. It was a negative remark about her customer & not helpful. I wanted to say something to the pharmacist because I sell insurance & Medicare and supplements are confusing and taking something regarding this in high school isn’t the answer. However. I said nothing because she was going to give me my flue shot & I was concerned she might retaliate.nThe people working in the pharmacy need some customer service training. It costs nothing to be friendly, kind and helpful.

The pharmacy there rocks!!! The staff in the pharmacy are always professional, efficient, safety-minded and conscientious!! I must also add that they are all very friendly and I can sense their genuine concern for my health. These guys are the best and beat everyone else around!!! Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy!!!

Although I have a good experience just five days ago with some other cashiers, but definitely it is not tonight with the cashier who glanced at me when I entered the store with a no welcoming face. I thought that could be her personality so I just went on to collect my gift cards that I want to buy for our party. I picked up some visa gift cards (25, 50, 100)+ google play and got them to her (Courtney). Again with a non smily face, she asked me to come to the other side to help me so I did. She glanced at me again and she said, you can't buy those if the amount exceeds $500, OK, I said and she started to count them. So far I felt bad for her treatment! Luckily after counting the amount of the gift cards, they were less than $500 including the Google play ones. Then, she showed me a sign that was hanged next to the cashier that says (do not buy gift cards for someone over the phone to avoid scams), I told her do not worry I am fine with that. Finally, to make things complicated, she told you have to pay in cash! For me, that was not true because I used the same store just a few days ago for the same purpose and I paid with my card. The only thing that is different is her from the time I entered the store, that was the worst experience I've ever had in Pullman. At this time, she absolutely made me very mad so I just decided to leave everything and leave right away. It was not a good time maybe to visit the store and pick up some visa cards at 8:15p.m. on Saturday. This cashier just treated me as a suspicious person the time I entered the store! I hope you'll be able to read my comments, I also want to report about your treatment, I really feel so bad for my visit tonight and I wish you get more training for welcoming customers at least!

I have never been treated so poorly as I was by one of the Pharmacy Techs. She obviously thinks she is above people. I don't know why she feels the need to talk down to people. I try get things for my grandmother and ask a few questions and she seemed to go out of her way to make me feel dumb. I have worked in retail my whole life and I know people have bad days I hope it was only her having a bad day. I think her Name started with an A. I hope she learns how to be a better human and treat people with dignity and respect.
