I locked myself outside of my garage shed. called NLPD on a Saturday afternoon, owner picked up the line immediately. I texted him a picture of my lock. he provided estimate over the phone and his availability. very convenient and quick. Then he showed up 20 min later, very prompt. fixed the job, explained what was wrong with the lock, and then left. Highly recommend this company.
Nick came out to my house in west chester borough (where parking during the school year is NOT easy) and he understood i was desperate and already had been calling around, and he made time for me. He was patient and professional and I will recommend his services to anyone who needs a locksmith in the future
Thank you so much for letting us back into our apartment tonight Nick! After calling two other companies who were charging insane amounts of money and had wait times of 45 min to an 1 hour (in 30degree weather)....I wish I had called you first! Nick arrived within 20 minutes of my call, charged a very reasonable price, and even made recommendations for a safer and more secure door. Will absolutely call again if needed and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and professional locksmith.
In a comedy of errors, we were locked out of our house on Halloween. The kids were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. Nick was fantastic! He was quick and very personable and even provided suggestions on a better lock! Hopefully we won’t have to call him again — but Would if it happened again!!
The food was good and wait staff friendly and prompt. We went in around 1:30 on a Sunday and the atmosphere was very loud, we had to raise our voices to even hear each other. Bathrooms had overflowing trashes and out of paper towels otherwise would have given 5 stars
