Great service and friendly staff! I had an issue concerning my car door, I called University Collision of Pullman and they were able to get me in quick and fix my car in under a day. Not only did they fix the car door to make it work properly again, but they also buffed my car's headlights at no extra charge. Randy was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful when I had questions regarding caring for my car. I am very happy with my experience and I plan on going back for car detailing and additional body work. Thanks University Collision!

I'm not a car person so i naturally had a lot of questions. The staff here helped me with every single question I had provided with detailed explanation of what they were going to do/did with my car.
