Perfection Tire and Auto Repair

It's truly heartening to see that there are still kind people like this. I came in with a flat tire that I was almost sure was too mangled to repair, but they were able to patch it up and get me out the door in under 20 minutes. I asked how much I owed and the owner told me not to worry about it, and then gave me his personal cell number on the off chance that the patch didn't hold so that he could order a new tire over the weekend (fortunately the patch is still holding up just fine, they did a great job). Outstanding service and craftsmanship. Exactly what you hope for and expect from a small town small business.

Been a customer for years and never had a bad experience. They are honest and hard working folks. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen them give things for free such as light bulbs, flat repairs and other things. I heard something today that has been irritating me a few hours. It has to do with 2 other negative reviews that they got today. First one is by a person named Lexi chase. They tried to figure out who you were and there is no record of you bring that vehicle there for tires. The gentleman who called while I was there sounded like he was brain dead and didn’t know that an owner of a business is above above being a general manager which is what he kept asking for even though was told several times he was talking to the owner. The guy could even explain to Dillon what was exactly wrong with his car and just kept demanding that they warranty parts that were never replaced bought or replaced and that they warranty tires that were ruined due to those faulty parts. After a little digging they found out you just bought that car about two weeks ago from the person who had the work done an left them a 5 star review 4 months ago. Instead of slandering and bad mouth a business give them an opportunity to right any wrongs before you go running your mouth.nnNext one makes me hate reviews and the policies on info that should be provided when leaving a review. Such as being classified as a local guide and can’t even see who you really are.nnThat review is from someone named Freebie Globe. The guys could not figure out who you are and don’t remember anybody coming in with the situation that you are leaving a bad review for. If your going to leave negative review and slander a business make sure you provide some way to know who are so they can correct the situation. If you can’t do that then keep your mouth shut and keep your negativity too your self.nnNow that I got that off my shoulders I feel at peace. DILLON and crew you guys are awesome. These guys may not know what there doing. I needed barrings and tires done. They didn't grease the barrings. Bone dry. My mechanic saw it and called immediately. Then they told me I needed new axels. He quoted me $600. My mechanic called asked for the same service. Got quoted $150. So they tried to rip off since im a girl. He was confronted and then backpeddled. Then they mounted and balenced my snow tires. After bringing back my vehicle multiple times I noticed the last time picking up the vehicle there was a huge nail in the tires they just did! Instead of arguing I just chalked it up they have no idea what there doing. I took the car to les schwabs and got the nail out. Buyer beware.

I was so impressed with my experience at Perfection tire! I don't usually write reviews, but I had to say that I've never experienced such fast and courteous service at a tire shop before. I will definitely return here for all my future tire changeovers.
