I have both bought cars and had cars worked on at Chipman and Taylor.nSales have gone well with a true concern for my needs and wants. Service has been consistently good. Not that I have needed them often!! They always let me know what the recommendations are for my vehicles. Overall quick friendly service at a reasonable price.
We have been pleased with the Chipman & Taylor experience. The salesman, Dale, was not pushy but focused on what we wanted and needed. All the Staff were prompt to serve us cheerfully and any time we visit. they continue to take our needs seriously and give us great service.
I'm not one to leave nasty reviews, but I think people should know about my experience. I was blessed with an incredible gift from some amazing,kind,and selfless people. These people bought a 09 Chevy Malibu for me from Chipman and Taylor. First 3 days after getting it all sorts of lights came on and I took it in only to be told it wasn't under warranty. Then 2 months later the power steering went out and again not under warranty. This wasn't the end of the problems, or the money that I have put into this car. The next month the starter and then the timing chain. Now it just sits because the repairs are as much as a new car, dont get me wrong I know I didn't pay for it, but the people who did spent an awful lot of money, and took time out of there busy lives to find something reliable for me and my son, this wasn't what happened and I feel like people should be aware.
My wife and I traveled from Park City, Utah to Chipman & Taylor Chevrolet in Pullman, Washington to buy my new Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ. They were the closest dealer with the exact specs I was looking for in our new truck. They were easy to work with, and we solidified the terms of the deal before the trip.nnWe flew into Spokane, Washington, which is 2 hours from the Chipman & Taylor. They sent a driver to pick us up, including our dog, and he drove us the two hours to the dealership. The paperwork was ready for signatures, and the transaction took less than 30 minutes. The dealership owner stopped in to make sure all was going smoothly.nnOur sales associate, Britt, worked with us in the weeks leading up to our arrival and walked us through every feature of our fancy truck. I know she would have spent as much time with us as I would have desired, but we were antsy to get on the road. Britt escorted us to the state line so that C&T could officially deliver the truck out of state. We were in and out in about an hour, and we were on the road back to Utah. Britt has followed up with us several times to ensure everything with the truck is perfect.nnI would not hesitate to buy a new vehicle sight unseen from Chipman & Taylor. They were great.
