Daily Grind Espresso

This review should have been written a long time ago. In describing today what my idea of a “soul soothing” coffee shop is, I realized I described the Daily Grind to a T. I work downtown and I took for granted the times I would go over on my lunch, enjoy the amazing food, and just relax.nnThey still have two coffee stands here in town that offer some of the best coffee in town. For as long as they exist they will always have my business.

I go to daily grind about twice a month and lately it’s gone down hill. I went there for my bf’s birthday and they didn’t even say happy birthday. I went there for my birthday and they didn’t acknowledge it or anything. There’s no double stamps or a free drink for your birthday. I finally got three cards punched completely and they don’t even give you a free drink. It’s $3 off for each card. So in theory I have to buy 33 drinks before I can get a free Large Nutella frost. I’m glad that they went out of business in downtown and made room for a coffee business who actually cares about their customers.

Vanilla Freeze and Peanut Butter Frost will forever be two of my favorite drinks. So good!
