H&R Block

H&R has always done right by me. I don't understand how to fill out all of the random schedule items, and don't want to mess things up. They know how the weird intricate nature of taxes, and i don't. Hire the right person for the right job.

Really unprofessional, the Lady that help me forgot to put the correct account number and still has me waiting for my taxes to get here and I've been waiting for more than a month. I am never going to H&R block ever.

Horrible experience!nnThis past tax season was the first time we filed with H&R Block and will be our last. We had the worst possible experience, which turned into easily around 15-20 hours of additional office visits, long phone calls, and over 6 months of back-and-forth with the IRS. And all of this nightmare was caused by H&R Block mishandling, misfiling (twice!) and incorrectly entering our information. In addition, the service cost us over $200, plus additional fees charged by the IRS. In the end, H&R finally reimbursed us, after multiple calls to the regional and corporate offices. Both the Moscow and Pullman centers are managed by the same people, and I wouldn't recommend either one after the horrible service and experience we had. I'm definitely going back to TurboTax, which I should have stuck with anyway!

It was easy to make an appointment and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
