even tho they knew i need help and I asked the person that they assigned to me gave me a letter that she would not accept me for course. not only she didn’t accept me. she said my emergency is not her emergency, like total disconnected, I was asking for help and she had zero sympathy!

Free services for the public. Seniors simple tax preparation at tax time. Counseling for victims of abuse. Community drivers for medical appointments at a small charge for mileage. Friendly, helpful staff.
*Response to owner* I already made a compliant before Christmas break it wasn’t even dealt with just ignored. You guys are by no means helpful and just waste peoples time.
