Extremely late and charged me for toppings they didn't even give me. Not impressed

Placed an order online, credit card was charged, and was given a pick up time. When my boyfriend got there, they had closed, an hour before they were supposed to close. When we called the next day, they pretty much said they would refund me my money, and nothing more. I understand that mistakes happen, but I also believe that businesses should rectify their mistakes. Guess we'll be ordering from dominoes from now on.

Beware: If you decide to eat from this place, they are not taking basic precautions toward protecting the well being of their customers. Staff that was cooking our food had no gloves on, handling toppings raw with her hands, no mask on and no hair net. I saw delivery driver, front cashier walking around where the food is being prepared, cooking with no masks and gloves and touching surfaces. This delivery driver been to and have been exposed to multiple households as he was coming back from delivery and yet didn't wash his hands and went straight to the kitchen prep area. When I asked the guy at the till about taking precautions, his answer was noone is sick here, apparently they need to be educated by manager that you can be sick and not know but you can transmit to other ppl who do not have strong immune system. That's why, it's best practice to wear mask, gloves, wash hands especially when you are in restaurant and food handling industry and exposing yourself to general public. I will be calling health minister in regards to this place. They lost a customer for life. All young ppl working there with little to know personal hygiene. Unprofessional and no manners to speak with customers.

Ordered online and picked paying cash, driver had no change, they didnt have the drink i wanted and still had to give almost 5 $ tip because of this
