My first time getting my hair cut here, excellent experience! The staff were friendly, proper sanitization procedures in place. My hairdresser was Angelika. She did an excellent job. My haircut was exactly what I was looking for, maybe even better! I will definitely come back for my next cut.
The hair cut it’s self isnt bad but the service was after a little wait which was fine I told her I would like a number 1 on my clippers which she responded “well let’s go with to it’s more...female” and I am visually look androgynous and am trans so that was ... ya and there were a couple more times were I felt like I was just being really judged so.
I had my hair done here a few times before, but Samantha did a great job! I'm usually very picky about my hair but she was patient and precise with her work. She really wanted to send me out with great hair.
I don’t get hair cuts often but my hair was in desperate need of some help I booked online with any stylist and I was booked with JR I showed him a picture of what I was thinking and he recommended a deep conditioning for my very dry hair, my hair is very thick and was very dry and he had his work cut out for him. He did such an amazing job from start to finish from the wash, to the deep conditioning and a lovely scalp massage and the cut and style I love my hair and definitely will be getting haircuts more often and booking with him in the future. Really wish we could give them a better review because they were nice and seemed to really care about the job they do. Although, asked for blonde colour, and got blue/grey. Really unfortunate, especially since it was so pricey. Asked for them to fix it, which they did, but it still wasn't anything close to what we asked for. Wish we could get a partial refund, but they just told us it would wash out eventually. Super sweet people though, hope we can possibly go again to try, but don't know if it's worth it after the colour came out.
