I've been a full-time member since the fall of 2013 and I've never been fitter, or more flexible since finding this studio I've found the instructors to be consistent, knowledgeable and encouraging. There are class levels for beginners, intermediate, advanced. or whatever your body feels like it needs that day. Many of the members are regulars and always welcoming in a truly judgement free zone. The membership is truly worth every penny. I am looking forward to their mini reno this month, but please don't take too long. I need my hot yoga studio!
Terrible instructor and management, they requested my feedback but couldn't be bothered to responded so I will never go there again. Not relaxing nor informative and basically left me feeling as though they didn't care at all, not a good way to encourage a new client to return. Epic fail.
I absolutely love this studio. Instructors are great, they all have their own style of instruction. I have some health issues from a serious motor vehicle accident and by going to Oxygen Yoga made a big difference in my health. Sometimes I want to skip a class and ny friend Lorrie reminds me to come for yoga. I wish they offer more classes around 8pm or Saturday evening. Sunita
Great yoga studio! Hot yoga, about 35 degrees. Great variety of classes and levels. Worth a try!
I loved the classes but the customer service is complete crap. I had expired groupons and signed up for unlimited for a week for $10 but that didn't seem to register so now it says I have unpaid classes ... long story short nobody has phoned or emailed me back so I'm asking groupon to refund me the money instead of using it for a membership and I will be looking at other studios since they apparently don't want my money.
