I am a REALTOR and a property manager - J & W electric so far has done three jobs for me. two silver decals for mobile homes and an upgrade to a panel for an install of two mini-split air-conditioning units, a ceiling fan and a generator switch to a furnace. Their work is top notch and done with permits. Their price is fair. Why take your chances doing it yourself these days? It is so important especially for manufactured homes to get permitted work. If you don't and your trailer burns down, your fire insurance will be rendered void. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

J &W installed a ceiling fan for me a week back. They were friendly and quick, and the ceiling fan works great, and they did it without the need to damage the drywall. I highly recommend these great bunch of guys for your electrical needs. ud83dudc4c

These guys came in and did a job to certify my trailer for 780 that others quoted 2000 plus .Honest work for honest pay. Just recommended them to a friend.
