Clothes are bad quality, not worth the waste of money. Customer service is passable, or bad. Usually acknowledged, but clothes are too cheap, I am relatively small but most clothes are too tiny for me, and the store is so cramped its not pleasant. Just go invest your money in some decent clothes, and better service.

Really like the new space and selection, but when I purchased something yesterday, the clerk rang in my purchase incorrectly and didn't charge enough, so she did a return on the items and charged the difference. That would have been fine had she not asked for my personal info for the return transaction on a mistake that was hers in the first place. Today I have received several spam text messages when I haven't received them before, which tells me my phone number was likely leaked. Poor customer service or poor training is the reason for the rating (and possibly compromised personal info just adds frustration though it can't be proven).

Love the new store can actually see all the styles they carry now. Staff is very friendly great customer service.
