Had a pleasant experience here. I went on Black Friday and there were staff outside asking everyone what they were looking for so they did not have to wait. I researched online before going and I had a list. The lady in charge of the line up got all my items for me and put me straight to cash. Shopping done in 10 minutes when it could have been over an hour if I were to wait in line

I went to seven oaks Pandora with my daughter today . We wanted to look at some of the Pandora bracelets and charms.nWhen we got there ,we were greeted by the most unprofessional, rude, argumentative employee I’ve ever met in my life.nEntrance was blocked and the short girl( with her shoes undone) asked us exactly what we wanted otherwise she couldn’t let us in?I tried explaining that we wouldn’t know what we like unless we looked around .Nope, not good enough for her.nnWe had follows the COVID protocols? ?Including masks and sanitizing our hands etc. This girl was definitely on some sort of power trip.nnOther two employees inside the store weren’t any better. They didn’t even greet us and seemed bothered.I went to Langley Pandora and spent close to a $1000 and were treated respectfully.nnAvoid seven oaks location at all costs! ud83dudc4e

Very bad service, the staff was rude did not understand what exactly i want even though i explained everything in detail. I wasted my time. I think they need to teach there staff some manners and give them more training so they can understand needs for customer without arguing.

Friendly and helpful staff...nnTheir covid protocols are stricter than other stores in the mall for sure... so if you don’t like rules, this store isnt for you.. but for someone like me who is high risk and wanted to get some christmas shopping done, i felt very safe. Thank you pandora sevenoaks!

Upon arriving at the Abbotsford location my girlfriend was met by an extremely rude, and clearly irate individual named Beatrice. I know my girlfriend has been a very loyal customer, spending thousands between this, and other locations. Beatrice displayed unbelievable unprofessionalism when my girlfriend was attempting to inquire about having an item repaired/replaced that was purchased from that location in September. Very disappointing, because we have only had positive experiences at pandora locations prior to this scathing experience.
