I love my Winners at Sumas. Actually I'm very impressed how they have held high COVID-19 sanitization standards continually in every store I've been in.nMy Winners the staff are always friendly and cheerful when paying for your items. I've never had a problem returning something either.

I enjoyed it, found what I needed which were leggings and sweaters , and covid protocols were followed. I felt safe ud83dude00

Horrible service. I went to return a pair of unworn, men’s shorts with all tags still attached at this store because they were the wrong size. I knew I’d have to settle for a store credit because I didn’t have the receipt, which was fine. I’ve done several returns/exchanges at Winners without incident.nnThe cashier told me they require photo identification before they can issue a store credit when there isn’t a receipt. I explained that it was not possible for me since I had just renewed my drivers license and subsequently, also my BC services card... both of which had yet to come in the mail. I said that all I had was the temporary license/services card paperwork. She didn’t know what to do so she called went to speak with her manager, Chelsea. Chelsea confirmed that photo identification is a requirement so they wouldn’t be able to issue a store credit. I said no problem, that I would take the item to another store because this has never been an issue before. About 45 minutes later, at the Coquitlam Winners, I was given a store credit - using that same temporary driver’s license - without any hassle at all.nnChelsea should have exercised better judgement and used her discretion before promptly dismissing a customer. I will not be returning.

Very pleased to see Christmas things out and for sale. There was a very nice selection.

Why are you checking employees temperatures by wrist ? That is not accurate to detect a fever . Plus we have seen 3 employees who look very sick in your store . Likely didnt get found due to faulty temperature checking.
