Already knew exactly what I wanted to buy when I went to visions today but what I didn't expect was how easy the process was gonna be and the great deal I got. The sales rep, Gavin was very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope he doesn't get in trouble for this but he personally delivered my TV when it didn't fit in my car while he was on his break. I definitely will be back for any future electronic purchases. Also will be on the lookout for this Oscar guy that seems to be in everyone else's review ud83dude05

Talked at length about car stereos and installations with one of the employees. They explained how everything worked in a way that made it easy for my stupid brain to understand. From what I could tell, they were both sincere and friendly. Fantastic job in every regard.

The sales team is aggressive. I’ve bought many items from Visions throughout my life and have only had an issue with the Abbotsford location. It seems like every time I go into this location it’s the same behaviour. I think these reps work on commission because they will always try to vigorously “UP SALE” you. And when you choose a product that you need and fits your budget they seem irritated and annoyed. Today in particular the reps name was Rafi. Visions is a good store the reps here suck though and can work on their communication skills and approach to sales. Better off buying online..
