Got there, hopped out of my car to ask the guy how long of a wait it was with one person in front of me. He told me to go sit in my car and that someone would come help menHe was doing his job and then another guy came down and was chatting away to the girl in the car just sounded like he was up selling her.nI waited about 30 minutesnAnd then he finally came over and was like you know it's going to be a long wait were doing a transmission fluid change...nSome information that would have been good when I first got there.. I went elsewhere and got great customer service.

Service like you don't see much anymore. Brought my van in before a trip out to the prairies to have the oil changed and fluids checked. Manager asks how long it's been as my oil is topped up and clean. Tells me I don't need it and to come by on the way back. Honesty in this field is often a lost art, but the Sumas GCOC has it in spades. I'll go there for sure on my return from my trip.
