Lax attitude to customer service. I made an appointment for windscreen replacement. They forgot about it and just shrugged as if it's no bid deal. Said they'd call me back later in the day to make an appointment - didn't. So they really don't want or need customers. They'd treat them better if they did. Avoid at all costs - ask friends for personal recommendations if you need work done....and especially read the bad reviews on here
My Best body shop experience ever! My Ford Explorer got hit and I needed a body shop. A friend recommended Maskall's. Right from the start they couldn't do enough for me. Helped me understand my claim, what was going to happen, the time line, everything. They set me up with a courtesy car that was newer and clean. In the end my Explorer was returned to be as good as new and right on schedule as promised! Thanks Maskall's!
DO NOT GO HERE. A very dishonest business.
Took my car here after having it get hit while it was parked out front of my house. Mike was able to get my car in the shop the next day, and repaired within a week. The back bumper was cracked, and he managed to perfectly colour match it and it looks next to new. I dont have enough good things to say about Mike, and the shop.
I was visiting my mom for the weekend and someone did a hit and run on my car, the front bumper was scraped pretty badly, and boy was I frustrated. My friend recommended me to this place and so I went. They understood my frustration and promised me to have it done as soon as possible. When I got my car back I couldn't even tell that it had been hit in the first place, it was cleaned and looked practically brand new! Thank you to the team for their hard-work and amazing job!
