Friendly service, got my parts ordered quickly. Lady behind the parts desk, tho, did make me wait for 10 mins to check for a part and ended up chatting with her friend on the phone and it was completely unrelated to the problem at hand

I paid 377 for diagnostic work on warranty issues that they could not repair for at least 4 days because of how busy they were. If I had left my rig there for the four days it would have all been warranty covered. I would love to hear a response from this company as to why I had to pay this much for work that I had to get done elsewhere because they could not be done I. A timely manner at this shop. My repairs were finished the same night at an awesome place down the block. Update*. After I sent an email I got a swift reply they looked into this and told me it would all be covered under warranty I showed up and they gave me a full refund. Thanks guys I know you were busy intitally but I appreciate the communication.

Too advantage of me when my truck was down... took their time to do a simple 2 hr repair then did random inspections that i didn't need. charged me 3 times what normal shops would
