The best shop in the state!!! Worked hard to keep the cost as low as possible, got everything done quickly, gave me a ride home after work and brought my vehicle to me the next day. Steve is amazing. He talked me down from an anxiety overload and worked with me to make this the best automotive repair experience ever!!! Everybody in the shop is friendly and amazing... Will never go anywhere else again.
It was my first time needing a tow yesterday. I called and was told I’d wait an hour, that the truck would pick me up where I was and take me back to where my car got stuck. Right on the hour, the truck came and picked me up and we headed up. Once we got to my car, it was clear he was experienced and good at problem solving on how to winch me out and get my car turned around on a snowy and steep forest road! The service was great and if I ever need a tow I’ll call again. Thanks Josh!

Good people and great help
We thought we needed to change our battery, drove there and the sales person Adrian did not even come out to look and make sure we were getting the right parts to change the connectors and battery. We now are paying 1,500.00 in repairs due to his lack of initiative and knowledge. Car is still in the shop as we cannot afford to pay for his lazy attitude from the get go. We are in Maple Falls, disabled on fixed incomes so....thanks Adrian and Sumas NAPA for helping make our holidays bright, (not).
