I called to try and view a car. He was rude and didn't even try and help me find a time that would work for both of us to view a vehicle.. He ended up just saying sorry about my luck. Like who would say something.. Such garbage customer service.

I would NEVER buy from this place again. I purchased a car in February (a 2008 Ford Escape) and not only was it WAY over priced, the car is useless now. I still owe almost $9000 on this paper weight. First of all I was assured that the car was inspected and was in great condition. But only a few weeks after I bought the car I had to replace the brakes. ALSO I was assured that the windshield was the original windshield. But AGAIN a few weeks later I had to take the car in to have the windshield taken out and re-sealed since it was NOT the original windshield, and whoever put it in didn't even bother sealing it. And now I find out that quite a few cylinders are cracked and the head gasket is blown.... Needless to say this place screwed me royally. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

So I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion for a fair price and had no problems with it , as a matter of fact they almost didnt want to sell it to me because they just got it on the lot and went to sure about it but I liked it and talked them into selling me that one, Derrick made me feel like family I almost felt bad as if I had them doing to much work for me and still getting an amazing deal on a great car. It's sad to see the bad reviews on here because I know you guys do everything you can to make the customers happy and card are just unpredictable and things happen the people writing the bad reviews should understand stand what buying a used car means... sorry you guys have to be dragged in the mud by inexperienced negative nancie. I 100 PERCENT RECOMMENDED DERRICK AT DARRYLS BEST BUT if you want a good used car for a fair price....like the ace of spades number 1 in the used car market

Bought a car there, which seemd fine. But the warning light for the engine came on shortly after. The salesman should just have told me about that issue before selling. Anyway drove with it to the arctic ocean, to Alaska and back, trip was awesome. Sold the car then on letgo, I think. Next time I maybe wouldn't buy from a dealership anymore.

Derrick was incredibly helpful through the entire process, and had me happy and on my way in my new-to-me 03 Honda Pilot. It was refreshing being able to come from Kamloops and have an understanding sales team who could work with my short amount of available time.
